GTA IV 5

My print advert will be about GTA IV.

The videogame was released in September 17, 2013.
The game is set in the fictional South Californian city of Los Santos - Rock star's approximation of Los Angeles -  and all the hills, countryside and beaches around tin , it contains violence, sexual assault and with that in mind its suitable for 18yr olds.

Rock star Games has released the first official GTA 5 gameplay trailer, showcasing how you will be able to switch quickly between the three main characters, and some of the fun activities to take part in within the GTA 5 Los Santos world.

It doesn’t break out of that template and can be impatient, nasty and rebellious. But for all its more unpleasant aspects, this is a game built with skilled mechanical expertise and creative artistry.

And money. Lots of it. If the reported cost of £170m is to be taken at face value, GTA V is the most expensive video game ever assembled. If nothing else, that luxury seeps from every pore of Los Santos, Rock star’s twisted copy of Los Angeles and the grand stage for our crime caper. It is a virtual world of such tremendous scale and fine detail that it continues to confuse how the developers have managed to squeeze it all onto current generation hardware.

The action is further improved when the player-characters come together. Each has their own skills which can be strengthened by practicing that skill (go to flight school to improve flying, shooting range to improve weapon accuracy) and they also have a unique special ability

Grand Theft Auto V is still an extraordinary technical achievement and a fabulous piece of entertainment. I’m not sure every aspect is an unqualified success, and its violent bitterness can be a little exhausting, but this is a bold and bright full-stop to an explosive generation of video games. It dares the rest of the blockbuster industry to try and match its scope and, even with new consoles on the horizon; it may be some time before anything steps up.

I really like the appearance and the function of the game and how it's presented. It has been included with new images and new functions such as new levels, skills the guns transport and cheats. This is obviously a new game and it’s not like ones you played before. This new game is meant to wow people and also to introduce latest era of rock star games also to invite people to action games.

  1. Hamse, I've been really impressed with your commitment to get back up to speed with the media course - keep up with the good work!

Some WWWs and EBIs to consider...

WWW: You’ve covered all of the bases and have obviously spent a considerable amount of time constructing your analysis.
WWW: A decent effort – a good choice of media text to analyse.

EBI: The formatting of your blog made more sense to the reader (or examiner)
Action: Play around with some backgrounds and fonts and try to get some consistency so that your blog looks as professional as it could. Check some other blogs via the school GCSE blog to see some examples and exchange comments with those blog authors.

EBI: Your analysis was deeper – the examiner will want to know of any inferences you could make based on the evidence that was in front of you.
Action: FULLY explain all of your points, including why you think the audience is of a certain demographic and exactly what effect the colours/images/institution/reputation would have had on the target audience

    Sir
